The Challenge

Like most agents, Marla had a KW-branded agent page that funneled leads into Command (KW's CRM). She generated referrals and past-client repeat business fine โ€” but her online presence was inherited, not owned. If she ever switched brokerages, her "online footprint" would vanish overnight.
